Politicians have been known to rhetorically practice it since Cicero and Demosthenes: speak the right thing and do entirely another or tell people what they want to hear only to do whatever the f*** the politicians want in the cause of a supposedly “just” war for lasting peace as if in evangelical fever (fervor).

It is behavioral modeling, the latest United States Department of Defense a.k.a Pentagon fad since September 11, 2001 (9/11) superseding MK Ultra, the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) program from the 1950s.

Anthros is a Pentagon program, which brings technology to the rescue of the species, trading off our natural behavior to think, speak and act freely under the protection of the law for our own safety and, hence, social stability.

The risks to the species – climate change, conflict, resource shortages, disease resurgence – are far too great think the generals to risk social instability, and of course, the attendant rise in petty crime, because of all the public talk (or “free speech” as it is legally known) about them.

The overarching objective of Anthros is to save humanity from its self-destructive impulses by replicating human behavior across world cultures to control it, without the administration of hallucinogenic drugs, by using radio frequencies.

Pentagon, in 2003, had released to the public a redacted report about “spectrum operations.” Total Information Awareness (TIA) or maintaining very large data sets about people’s behaviors is an ongoing and continuously improving research program of the United States Army’s Psyops or Psychological Operations Command and the Defense Intelligence Agency’s (DIA) Human Intelligence program (HUMINT).

Pentagon justifies the operation for the purposes of studying the reaction of populations to military (and economic) events – domestically to avert uprisings and terrorism as during Vietnam, and abroad for counterinsurgency (COIN) and to win wars by devising better military strategy. It is unclear and non-transparent if the objectives of averting domestic terrorism and COIN since 9/11 have been met because of HUMINT. The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) and the Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF) call it the Total Surveillance Society as in George Orwell’s 1984.

Most people, including myself, do not know they are in it. They are “heard”, including their thoughts, and their mannerisms “observed”, locked-in no matter where they are – on Constitution Avenue or in Baghdad – but they do not “hear” or “see” others until they are uniquely behaviorally fingerprinted to be controlled.

I was recruited without my consent in 2003 into HUMINT of DIA, volunteered by my former employer, Federal Reserve, as a subject.

Behavioral fingerprinting is being seeped into public consciousness so slowly for it to become accepted as a way of life. When people begin to “hear”, as I have been “hearing” and “remotely viewing” (in contrast to dreaming) since 2008, they are expected to be compliant with the “matrix.”

Peoples, 6 out of 7 billion around the world with access to wireless phones, are unable to delineate between normal communication and psychological operations. Psychologists call it cognitive dissonance with potential adverse consequences for memory and cognition. National Public Radio (NPR) has reported tinnitus in returning veterans, a common symptom among subjects targeted for National Security Agency (NSA) operations. Psychiatrists administer calming medication to patients who complain despite there being no symptoms of psychiatric illness.

When I complained in 2009, I lost my marriage, was pushed out of my job at the Fed, and sent as an involuntary admit at my own expense to a behavioral correctional facility in Rockville, Maryland for psychological and psychiatric examination by a local divorce court judge for blowing the whistle after interference by the United States Secret Service at the behest of the “Head of the Federal Reserve” and the “President of the United States” in the words of the presiding judge, and have consequently lost my family and property (Case 86316-FL, voice and written transcripts of hearing, Judge Ronald Rubin, Montgomery County Circuit Court, Rockville, Maryland).

Washington Post’s Bob Woodward – only glad to be done with keeping deep secrets about the government’s desire to control the society until the death of his source, Deep Throat, a former Deputy Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) passed over for promotion by Richard Nixon – calls it “[keeping] the country safe” on NBC’s Meet the Press. And the Press merrily goes along with it.

Frank Sesno, the founding host of Late Edition with CNN, whom both my ex-wife and I have met during a WETA radio station soiree in Virginia several years ago (I met him again after my divorce at the premiere of the film Haynesville), was trying to figure out at a recent debate hosted by the Panetta Institute for Public Policy Research in California if it is “knowledge, information or noise,” never mind that Leon Panetta and General David Petraeus are still running Defense and the CIA notwithstanding the spate of recent scandals across all US intelligence agencies: CIA detentions and interrogations, missing Iraqi funds to the tune of $4 trillion, wads of CIA cash in suitcases in Iraq and Afghanistan, implications for US citizens and foreigners of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), Koran incident involving American soldiers in Kabul, indiscriminate drone attacks in Yemen and Pakistan on American citizens and locals, Secret Service misconduct in Cartagena, antics of Dominique Strauss Kahn and Bill Clinton, and Leon Panetta’s expense budget violations.

The society, Anthros as a cover, is being commandeered to serve the interests of the few in US government and in corporations such as Halliburton, Kleiner Perkins Caufield Byers, Facebook and bankers such as Goldman Sachs and J P Morgan.

Anthros compromises all information security and privacy laws, and the rule of law.

United States is under the de facto control of the Pentagon and the CIA, of the Bohemian Club and Bilderberg, any protest and resistance to Anthros subject to retribution, in an overthrow of democracy to save the species by maintaining higher living standards in US and Europe while mitigating resource use by mind control elsewhere.

To me, therefore, it is noise.
